01 Challenge
Each newly installed crane had to be started, tested, adjusted and handed over, with electrical, software and hydraulic systems working together.
02 Solution
With a colleague on the opposite rotation, I supervised testing personnel and worked on PLC networks, control software, sensors and hydraulics, tracing faults through the complete system.
03 Result
Our team prepared, tested and commissioned approximately 100 cranes over several years.
