01 Challenge
Operators and maintenance crews needed hands-on training with the new electric crane system before working offshore.
02 Solution
I led the project, designed and assembled the crane, wired the equipment and adapted the PLC program to its smaller geometry. Motors and drives came from the same series as the full-size crane.
03 Result
Trainees could work with real controls, motors and crane movement in a classroom.
